Frequently Asked Questions About Our Prints
How do you produce your maps and photographs?
All the maps and photographs are produced from super high resolution
scans of originals on high quality paper with professional printing
equipment. These techniques guarantee that you will have a high
quality print that you can enjoy and share with family and friends
for many years to come. Each item is quality inspected before shipping
to ensure that it was produced to our high quality standards so
that you receive a trouble free quality order each and every time.
Important - Please Note: Many of the maps and photographs
were produced more than 100 years ago and digitized for the purpose
of making reproductions available only recently. As a result, some
prints will show some discoloring due to aging or staining of the
original before it was scanned and archived. Others will show fold
marks. In those cases, you will be able to see the marks on the
images offered on the website when making your purchase decision.
We guarantee that the quality of the print you receive will be at
least as good as the image on the website but if you see defects
in the image on the web, it is best to expect that those defects
will be present in the printed image. The web image is a good indication
of the quality of the print though in terms of possible age and
fold type marks on the finished product.
What is your refund policy?
All orders are guaranteed for 30 days. If you are unsatisfied,
just return your item(s) in original condition for a full refund
of your purchase price. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Do you offer different sizes for your prints?
Each item in our inventory shows the size prints that are available
for that item. We print each item on the paper type you select in
the size specified by you. Please note that the actual paper will
be somewhat larger than the print.
Do you sell any original prints?
No we do not.
